Strength Stock Shipping Policy

Strength Stock offers free shipping to the lower 48 United States on all orders.

ORDER SHIPMENT

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order.  We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at info@strengthstock.com

SHIPPING METHODS

GROUND SHIPPING - UPS, USPS, FEDEX

All small package orders shipped ground through UPS, USPS, or FEDEX will be delivered to your door or driveway depending on size and weight.

These orders are shipped and delivered in a standard process similar to most online products you are experienced with buying.

Tracking generally becomes available within a few business days of ordering.

FREIGHT/LTL WITH CURBSIDE DELIVERY

These items will be delivered to the end of your driveway or curb at the end of your property. This does not include getting the item inside your house or garage. The items will not be assembled, and no packaging will be removed or disposed of.

Curbside deliveries require a scheduled delivery appointment and a signature at the time of drop-off. Once the shipment arrives at your local freight terminal, the freight company will call to set a delivery appointment. 

In most instances, you will have to unload the item from the truck yourself, prepare for your delivery accordingly. Lift gate charges are extra unless otherwise specified on the product page.

SHIPPING DAMAGES

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. 

We will always get the correct parts and pieces to you to have a new, fully functioning product. 

If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to info@strengthstock.com and we will process a claim with the manufacturer on your behalf. 

  • The customer must report damage to products with a standard shipping and delivery process (USPS, UPS, FedEx) to the carrier within 4 days of delivery. 
  • LTL products, products shipped with a freight company should be inspected before the freight company leaves the premises  of the delivery location. ANY AND ALL DAMAGES AND/OR SHORTAGES MUST BE NOTED on the Bill of Lading.

Any products that have damage or defective parts out of the box or from shipping will receive the appropriate replacement parts from the manufacturer to restore all functionality of the product. This will require pictures, sometimes videos, and possibly other information to get the correct parts replaced.

Shipping Outside Of Contiguous USA:

Unfortunately, we do not currently arrange for shipping outside of the lower 48 USA at this time. However, we do have customers located in Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico. When working with these customers, they arrange their own freight forwarding from somewhere in the lower 48 to their location. In these instances, we can ship to the freight forwarder's location. We will not arrange this for you though, and will not be responsible for any additional charges that are associated with it.
